Delivery time

2 to 5 business days when products are in stock. Shipping delays, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time.

We offer free shipping for orders over 100 €. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the order value and the delivery method chosen.


Posti – Small Parcel: 4,90 €

Small parcels will reach their destination in 1–3 days, and they are delivered conveniently to the recipient’s mail slot or mailbox together with other mail. Small parcels also include tracking: the item’s progress can be tracked easily in the OmaPosti app and online. The item is delivered directly to the recipient’s mail slot or mailbox.  Maximum measurements: 35 x 25 x 3 cm, weight 2 kg.


Posti – Postal Parcel, pickup from the post office: 6,50 €
The postal package is delivered to your local post office. In most locations, the package will be picked up on the next weekday after 4 pp. – and in some cases on the second weekday after the order has been placed, due to Posti’s delivery conditions. You will receive a notification by e-mail, verifying that your order has been sent as a postal package. You will receive a text message when the package can be picked up from your local post office. Please take your ID with you.


Posti – Postal Parcel, pickup from Posti’s Parcel Locker: 6,50 €
Your order will be delivered as a package to the Posti Parcel Locker of your choice. You will receive a text message as soon as the shipment has arrived – it includes the PIN code for picking up the parcel from the locker. Please make sure to give your correct phone number when placing your order. The package usually arrives to the locker 1-3 days after it has been sent. If the locker is full or faulty, the package will be directed to your local post office.


Posti – Home Parcel, home delivery: 14,90 €
Home delivery at a selected time – you will receive a link to a calendar ad you’ll be able to choose a delivery time that suits you best. You can follow the shipment with OmaPosti application. Delivered as a carbon neutral Posti Green shipment.


Matkahuolto – Pick-up Parcel, delivery to Matkahuolto Pick Up Point or Service Point: 5,90 €
Pickup from a Matkahuolto Parcel Pickup Point: Delivery to a Matkahuolto parcel locker of our choice within usually 1-2 working days – in bigger cities also on Saturdays. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup.

Pickup from Matkahuolto Service Point: Delivery to the Matkahuolto Service Point of your choice, such as parcel locker, Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kioski, usually within 1-2 working days – in bigger cities also on Saturdays. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup.


Matkahuolto – XXS Parcel, delivery to Matkahuolto Pick Up Point or Service Point: 4,50 €
XXS Parcels are delivered to the parcel pick-up point nearest to the recipient’s address or chosen by the sender within 1-3 business days – also delivered on Saturdays in the Helsinki region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. The recipient will be immediately notified, through a text or email message, when the parcel is ready for pick-up.


Matkahuolto – Home Parcel, home delivery: 14,90 €
Delivery to your door on a selected time, also in the evenings and Saturdays. You will get a notification on a text message to select a delivery time of your choice. With the recipient’s permission, the delivery can also be left on the doorstep without the recipient’s acknowledgement.


Delivery outside Finland: from 16,13 €
We deliver to all countries within EU. You can view all the shipping costs and methods after filling in your address and choosing your country..

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.
The package is delivered to the service point selected at the ordering stage and you receive a package arrival notification by mail, email or SMS.
It is not possible to track orders sent as a letter.
If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, we will email you an estimate of the arrival date of the package.

Return and exchange policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address.
For exchanges, please include the information on what you wish to exchange the item for.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Once we have received the return has been received, it will be processed. When the return it accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

Delivery problems and faulty products

Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty,  please contact us immediately by email info@watti.com. If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company.
Notifications must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order.
