Only online shopping is possible. We won’t accept orders by phone or e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation via email when you have placed your order. You will receive the shipping confirmation via email when the order has been sent by us.
At the moment we only deliver to EU countries. Orders are shipped via Finnish Post/your local post company.
We aim to ship the order within 1-2 weekdays after the order has been placed. If the time of delivery will be significantly delayed, our customer service will try to contact the customer as soon as possible. Please note that when ordering to countries other than Finland, the customer is liable to pay all possible tax or custom fees.

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. In Finland we offer free delivery for orders over 50€. In the rest of Europe, we offer free delivery for orders over 100€.

Prices shown on the website are in Euros and include the Finnish VAT 24%. Payment through online banking, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, onko vielä muita?) and the related money transfers and financial services are provided by Paytrail, which receives the payment and distributes it to the merchant.
