Prices and payment
Online shop prices include VAT. Payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is placed when payment has been approved and you receive an order confirmation by email. Watti.com Oy reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse to sell a product without separate notice.
Delivery
In-stock products are dispatched from our Helsinki warehouse. Delivery time for in-stock products is 1-5 working days. Delivery charges are based on the current price list. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Right to cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify us of your cancellation at info@watti.com. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs (at least the original shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty and complaints
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and statutory liability for defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Report any defect within a reasonable time to info@watti.com.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation. Consumers can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU's ODR platform.
Business customers
Energy storage systems requiring installation and reseller orders are supplied under the terms of a separate quote and agreement.
